Deine Aufgaben.
Du unterstützt unsere Project Manager in der Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden und in ihren New Business Aktivitäten. Dazu zählen die Erstellung von projektbezogenen Präsentationen, Reports und Statistiken, sowie die Protokollführung bei Fokusgruppen und Interviews und die Konsolidierung von Research-Modulen.
Dein Profil.
- Idealerweise laufendes Studium der Wirtschafts-/ Medien-/ Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Entweder Erfahrungen in Employer Branding & Recruiting oder die Bereitschaft, Neugier und Motivation, Dich darin einzuarbeiten
- Analytische Denke und ganzheitliches digitales Verständnis
- Du agierst als Generalist und Entrepreneur – führst Deinen Aufgabenbereich eigenverantwortlich und hast das große Ganze im Blick.
- Als Self-Starter, Allrounder, Mitdenker bist Du proaktiv, engagiert, verbindlich, organisiert, perfektionistisch und dienstleistungsorientiert.
- Dir fällt jeden Tag etwas auf, was man besser machen könnte.
- Du gehst professionell mit Office-365 um.
- Du bist unkompliziert und stehst stabil mit beiden Beinen im Leben.
- Du liebst Multitasking. Chefs und Kollegen würden sagen: Du bist belastbar und ein wahres Organisationstalent.
- Und nicht zuletzt: Dein Herz schlägt für HR.

You want to work there? No problem: we take care of travel and accommodation for a maximum of 1 week. You want to bring your family along? That's fine too! You just have to pay the travel costs for the family members. You want to extend your stay and use up your remaining holiday? That's also possible – by sharing the costs. By the way: our destination in 2022 was London, in 2023 it was Barcelona.
Enjoy a peaceful, creative workspace and socialize with your colleagues at our Post Corona Office located in the north of Düsseldorf. Desks and parking spaces can be booked via our app. Once a month, all YeaHR! employees gather for a team meeting. This is the ideal office for today.
