An employment agreement that suits your personal preferences. 4-day working week, starting at 8 am, working from home and 50 days of holiday entitlement? No problem. Most importantly, we work 36 hours per week. You have the choice: either working a 4.5-day week or a 4-day week, resulting in a day off on Fridays. While receiving a full salary. We want your job to match your lifestyle. We fully embrace remote work. Of course, we are always happy to receive visitors at our office in Düsseldorf, but a team get-together is only possible once a month. The rest of the time, you have complete control over how, when and where you do your work.

We want you to remain healthy, so we participate and provide voluntary vaccinations such as flu shots. Our "thx coaching and development" programme offers on-the-job coaching, customized tools, and educational resources. From the beginning of January until Easter, YeaHR! rents an apartment.
You want to work there? No problem: we take care of travel and accommodation for a maximum of 1 week. You want to bring your family along? That's fine too! You just have to pay the travel costs for the family members. You want to extend your stay and use up your remaining holiday? That's also possible – by sharing the costs. By the way: our destination in 2022 was London, in 2023 it was Barcelona.
Enjoy a peaceful, creative workspace and socialize with your colleagues at our Post Corona Office located in the north of Düsseldorf. Desks and parking spaces can be booked via our app. Once a month, all YeaHR! employees gather for a team meeting. This is the ideal office for today.
